Before you write us off for good, would you give us 15 minutes to prove we're worth the dough?

At one point, we had the privilege of being your IT team, and I've always appreciated the trust you placed in us, even after you decided to go in a different direction.
When you decided we weren't the right fit, price played a big part. I get it. IT budgets are under real pressure, and nobody wants to pay for more than they need.
But here's what keeps me up at night (more than the sugar): in IT, the cheapest option and the least expensive option are rarely the same thing. A lower monthly bill can quietly come with slower response times, gaps in security coverage, and backups nobody has tested. Those costs never show up on the invoice. They show up the day something goes wrong.
The real question isn't what you pay each month. It's what you'd pay the day something goes wrong.
I'm not asking for a long meeting. Just 15 minutes. No hard sell, and not a crumb of pressure.
We'll look at what you're paying now, what you're actually getting for it, and where your security might be exposed. If there's a smarter way to spend that budget, I'll show you. If there isn't, you'll hear that from me too.
If, after 15 minutes, your current setup is the better deal, I'll be the first to say so. You'll have spent less time than it takes to finish a box of cookies, and we'll part as friends.
Sweet regards,
Nathan

P.S. I'm told these cookies rarely make it past lunch. If yours didn't either, I'll take that as a good sign, and hopefully the start of a sweeter conversation.
